#1451. Epic Movie (2007)
Jason Friedberg, Aaron Seltzer

Image
Literally the dumbest, most cringe-worthy **** that I ever watched.

#1450. Alone in the Dark (2005)
Uwe Boll

Image
While Epic Movie was painfully stupid, Alone in the Dark was painfully boring (actually, it's both).

#1449. The Dead Next Door (1989)
J.R. Bookwalter

Image
I thought I would be into underground D-list horror films but I was wrong.

#1448. Disaster Movie (2008)
Jason Friedberg, Aaron Seltzer

Image
Some would call it worse than Epic Movie, but I think I smiled once.

#1447. The Man from Earth (2007)
Richard Schenkman

Image
A lot of people seem to praise it as one of the best modern sci-fi's, wat? It was nonsensical and its dialogue was beyond corny.

#1446. Battlefield Earth (2000)
Roger Christian

Image
Easily the worst high-budget/hollywood tripe. How did Travolta sign up to do it?

#1445. The Hottie & the Nottie (2008)
Tom Putnam

Image
The title is self-explanatory, no? I'm shocked that i've seen 6 films worse than it.

#1444. This Is 40 (2012)
Judd Apatow

Image
Made me ashamed to be a Judd Apatow fan.

#1443. A Serbian Film (2010)
Srdjan Spasojevic

Image
Tried to be so controversial but i'll take any of the 70s exploitations over this ****.

#1442. Night of the Demons (1988)
Kevin Tenney

Image
Another shitty zero-budget horror

#1441. Meet the Spartans (2008)
Jason Friedberg, Aaron Seltzer

Image
As funny as watching a wounded horse get shot in the head

lool I can't believe you can even begin to rank 1500 films. You are amazing and insane.

On that note, I liked Serbian Film and This is 40. The latter is probably Apatow's weakest film, but it still has it's moments. A solid 3 stars...no need to be so low in the list! But anyway, this list is gonna' make my life. Can't wait.

#1440. Cannibal Holocaust (1980)
Ruggero Deodato

Image
I feel like I should love this but for some reason I really, really hated it. Perhaps it was the animal cruelty?

#1449. Gigli (2003)
Martin Brest

Image
The only good thing to come out of it was the end of Bennifer

#1438. Children of the Corn (1984)
Fritz Kiersch

Image
Horrid acting, script and film.

#1437. Hostel (2005)
Eli Roth

Image
A modern horror that thought torture is what drives horror films.

#1436. Pink Flamingos (1972)
John Waters

Image
A dream for cult classic lovers but I hated it. Never thought a transexual eating dog **** would seem so... distasteful?

#1435. Tekken (2010)
Dwight H. Little

Image
Fighting games don't translate well as movies but at least SF/MK were entertaining to watch. This sucked the life out of everything.

#1434. Valentine (2001)
Jamie Blanks

Image
Plus points for David Boreanaz, minus points for everything else? Every horror slasher cliche was in it.

#1433. Jason X (2001)
James Isaac

Image
Literally threw the franchise into Liquid Nitrogen.

#1432. Olympus Has Fallen (2013)
Antoine Fuqua

Image
Precisely the type of political hollywood crap that I try to avoid.

#1431. Colombiana (2011)
Olivier Megaton

Image
Hollywood's view on Colombia and the assassin scene is exactly what you would expect: Inaccurate and shallow.

#1430. 2012 (2009)
Roland Emmerich

Image
I would definitely describe this as a disaster movie, but perhaps for different reasons?

#1429. Prom Night (2008)
Nelson McCormick

Image
Yes, another terrible remake where you're praying for all the characters to die early in.

#1428. Enter the Ninja (1981)
Menahem Golan

Image
Rather than it being "so bad, it's good" I just found it to be bad.

#1427. Imitation of Life (1959)
Douglas Sirk

Image
Absolutely everything that I hate about classic Hollywood. + it was a remake.

#1426. Monkeyshines, No. 1 (1890)
William K.L. Dickson, William Heise

Image
lol, it was an experiment of light ^_^

#1425. A Fantasy (1908)
Émile Cohl

Image
Animation has come a long way ^_^

#1424. Dear Wendy (2004)
Thomas Vinterberg

Image
I honestly can't remember anything about it besides it being terrible.

#1423. Vampires Suck (2010)
Jason Friedberg, Aaron Seltzer

Image
Worse than Twilight (Welp, I can only vouch for the first one).

#1422. Cursed (2005)
Wes Craven

Image
What almost killed werewolf films for me.

#1421. The Lift (1983)
**** Maas

Image
Dutch horror about an elevator that kills. Sounds hilarious but it's not.

#1420. Flodder (1986)
**** Maas

Image
Holland's favorite comedy series gets a movie. Need I say more?

#1419. Urban Legends: Final Cut (2000)
John Ottman

Image
While I unironically loved the first one, the follow up was garbage. Except for the kidney scene.

#1418. Superhero Movie (2008)
Craig Mazin

Image
Noep not the same people that brought us all those disaster films, but every bit as unfunny.

#1417. Black Death (2010)
Christopher Smith

Image
As someone fascinated by the black plague, this was a painful disappointment.

#1416. The Amityville Horror (1979)
Stuart Rosenberg

Image
One of the few exceptions where the remake is nowhere near as bad.

#1415. Date Movie (2006)
Aaron Seltzer, Jason Friedberg

Image
The milkshake scene was funny.

#1414. Postal (2007)
Uwe Boll

Image
Remember when this was Uwe Boll's highest rated film? lul

#1413. Spice World (1997)
Bob Spiers

Image
I used to be a Spice Girls fanboy but even an 8 year old could see that this was ****.

#1412. Anaconda (1997)
Luis Llosa

Image
One of Lopez' many failures.

#1411. Super Mario Bros. (1993)
Annabel Jankel, Rocky Morton

Image
Amusingly bad but not enough to be a "so bad, it's good".

#1410. Halloween: Resurrection (2002)
Rick Rosenthal

Image
Remember when Katee Sackhoff's dismembered head resembled a blow-up doll?

#1409. Humorous Phases of Funny Faces (1906)
J. Stuart Blackton

Image
Animation has come a long way x 2

#1408. The Brood (1979)
David Cronenberg

Image
The terribly annoying accents ruined everything. End was fucked-up tho.

#1407. Exorcist II (1977)
John Boorman

Image
Why was this even made?

#1406. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (1995)
Bryan Spicer

Image
I was a fan of this once.

#1405. Sucker Punch (2011)
Zack Snyder

Image
An endless pretentious music video.

#1404. End of Watch (2012)
David Ayer

Image
Hated every single character.

Charles E. Sellier Jr.

#1402. Kazaam (1996)
Paul Michael Glaser

Image
Aladdin in the hood

#1401. A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010)
Samuel Bayer

Image
Sucked the "fun" out of Freddy.

Louis Aimé Augustin Le Prince

#1396. The Mystic Swing (1900)
Edwin S. Porter

Image
Terrifyingly bad

#1395. The Rainbow Thief (1990)
Alejandro Jodorowsky

Image
As a huge Jadorowsky fan this was embarrassing to watch.

#1394. The Body (2001)

#1390. Amsterdamned (1988)
**** Maas

Image
Holland and horror just don't mix. It was as if Jaws & Creature from the Black Lagoon came together in the canals of Amsterdam.

#1389. Them! (1954)
Gordon Douglas

Image
Typical 50s monster flick, took itself too seriously to be fun.

#1388. Godzilla (1998)
Roland Emmerich

Image
Who else is looking forward to the new Godzilla movie? (spoiler: not me) Godzilla sux.

#1387. Catwoman (2004)
Pitof

Image
All the **** SFX ruined it's chances from ever being a cult but I do appreciate Catwoman's outfit.

#1386. Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998)
Guy Ritchie

Image
Might be a controversial opinion but I hated it, couldn't understand a word through those thick Irish accents.

#1385. House on Haunted Hill (1959)
William Castle

Image
lul @ the walking skeleton

#1384. The Black Cat (1934)
Edgar G. Ulmer

Image
My expectations might have been a little too high, but it didn't deliver... at all?

#1383. Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002)
Jay Roach

Image
Lacked all of the charm that the first two had.

#1382. Shrek the Third
Chris Miller, Raman Hui

Image
The overkill of another franchise.

#1381. Friday the 13th (2009)
Marcus Nispel

Image
Same as the Nightmare remake. Nothing fun about it.

#1380. Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995)
Joe Chappelle

Image
I'm actually not a fan of the Halloween franchise at all. Halloween 6 is so forgettable.

#1379. Wrong Turn (2003)
Rob Schmidt

Image
I love Faith like any other Buffy fan, but Eliza Dushku sucks in everything else that i've seen her in.

#1378. Blade: Trinity (2004)
David S. Goyer

Image
Vampire trilogies aren't the best of ideas.

#1377. Supergirl (1984)
Jeannot Szwarc

Image
Hollywood just doesn't try with these female superheroes.

#1376. Blacula (1972)
William Crain

Image
It really was too good to be true. Apart from Dracula being black, it wasn't all too amusing.

#1375. Final Destination 3 (2006)
James Wong

Image
While the fourth was cornier, all the deaths in the third were terribly annoying (minus the tanning bed <3)

#1374. The Night Before Christmas (1905)
Edwin S. Porter

Image
Wasn't this the first Christmas film? idc

#1373. A Man for All Seasons (1966)
Fred Zinnemann

Image
The other boring Oscar winner. Way too British for me.

#1372. Super Fly (1972)
Gordon Parks Jr.

Image
Super fly is a super dull blaxploitation. It experimented but mostly failed.

#1371. Men Boxing (1891)
William K.L. Dickson, William Heise

Image
The title might give it away but it's about men boxing.

#1370. Tables Turned on the Gardener (1895)
Louis Lumière

Image
A dude messin' with a hose, yo.

#1369. Cube (1997)
Vincenzo Natali

Image
Pretty original for a horror film, but my seething hatred for every character took away the enjoyment.

#1368. The Palace of Arabian Knights (1905)
Georges Méliès

Image
The worst Melies that i've seen. It's just long and dull.

#1367. The Mystery of the Leaping Fish (1916)
Christy Cabanne, John Emerson

Image
Ahead of it's time but I couldn't get into it.

#1366. Sweet Sweetback’s Baadasssss Song (1971)
Melvin Van Peebles

Image
I think it was the first blaxploitation so it truly was a landmark film, but it does suck and aged poorly.

#1365. Tombs of the Blind Dead (1972)
Amando de Ossorio

Image
Title says it all. Really cheesy low-budget Spanish horror.

#1364. Dune (1984)
David Lynch

Image
The worst Lynch that i've seen. Jadorowsky should've done it.

#1363. Point Break (1991)
Kathryn Bigelow

Image
Epitome of cheesy 90s action flicks.

#1362. The Automatic Moving Company (1910)
Émile Cohl

Image
Stopmotion experiment. Welp at least they tried.

#1361. The Final Destination (2009)
David R. Ellis

Image
Technically the worst Final Destination, good god the 3-D effects were bad.

Watched a new film so ^_^

#1361. Deuce Bigalow (1999)
Mike Mitchell

Image
Not a total dud but it tried too hard to be funny.

#1360. Saw (2004)
James Wan

Image
The only major horror franchise that I was never able to get into. I personally find Jigsaw to be tarded.

#1359. Showgirls (1995)
Paul Verhoeven

Image
Deserving of it's cult classic status but it's not as rewatchable as other bad movies. Too cringe-worthy.

#1358. Friday the 13th Part VIII (1988)
Rob Hedden

Image
So corny and ridiculous that it's entertaining. The best part is that it's supposed to be set in Manhattan but never actually went there.

#1357. The Possession (2012)
Ole Bornedal

Image
The billionth film about a possessed child.

#1356. 30 Days of Night (2007)
David Slade

Image
A more serious vampire flick that lacked any real charisma.

#1355. Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997)
John R. Leonetti

Image
Every bit as corny as the first one, just shittier also.

#1354. Martyrs (2008)
Pascal Laugier

Image
Didn't get the hype. Thought it was a pointless gorefest.

#1353. Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End (2007)
Gore Verbinski

Image
One of the worst franchises of the past decade.

#1352. Godzilla (1954)
Ishirô Honda

Image
Yup, not even a fan of the original Japanese classic. Godzilla sux etc.

#1351. Secret Window (2004)
David Koepp

Image
Depp couldn't salvage this travesty, a true poor man's Rear Window.

#1351. House On Haunted Hill (1999)
William Malone

Image
While I liked it more than the original it was still a pretty shitty remake. Good cast tho.

#1350. Killer’s Kiss (1955)
Stanley Kubrick

Image
Kubrick's my favorite director but even he had a dud. There was nothing interesting about this one.

#1349. The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy (2005)
Garth Jennings

Image
I like my sci-fi a little more meaningful.

#1348. Horror of Dracula (1958)
Terence Fisher

Image
Of all the Dracula films that i've watched this one bored me the most.

#1347. Beethoven (1992)
Brian Levant

Image
Beethoven ain't no Old Yeller.

#1346. Shaft (1970)
Gordon Parks

Image
Shaaaft. Perhaps the most well-known blaxploitation but it kinda sucked.

#1345. Network (1976)
Sidney Lumet

Image
A fan favorite among film critics but I just couldn't stand the characters. Fun fact: I've heard "I'm as mad as hell, and i'm not gonna take it anymore!" several times in New York.

#1344. Dracula 2000 (2000)
Patrick Lussier

Image
Forgettable Dracula but a sexy one at least.

#1343. Bridget Jones’s Diary (2001)
Sharon Maguire

Image
Epitome of annoying British chick flicks.

#1342. Million Dollar Baby (2004)
Clint Eastwood

Image
I love drama and tragedy but everything that happened in Million Dollar Baby felt pointless to me.

#1341. The Lost Weekend (1945)
Billy Wilder

Image
Oscar Massacre continues. This one had the whiniest/most unlikeable alcoholic in film history I think?

Disagree with quite a few here. Strongly disagree with your placement of Martyrs. I think it's incredible.

FD3 & Goldmember should be higher. End of watch was surprisingly entertaining IMO.
Power Rangers should be like number. 2

#1340. Grandma’s Reading Glass (1900)
George Albert Smith

Image
The art of close-ups.

#1339. Black Mama, White Mama (1973)
Eddie Romero

Image
The blaxploitation version of The Defiant Ones. With lots of boobs and lesbianism.

#1338. 10,000 BC (2008)
Roland Emmerich

Image
As cheap as it was, I did enjoy the historical value to it ^_^

#1337. The Sword in the Stone (1963)
Wolfgang Reitherman

Image
First Disney bites the dust. Didn't do anything for me.

#1336. The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (1910)
Otis Turner

Image
I believe this was the first version of the story. Had a charm to it, but obviously did not age well.

#1335. Robots (2005)
Chris Wedge, Carlos Saldanha

Image
Not a big fan of CG animations and this is the worst i've seen. Bland without any charm.

#1334. Soul Survivors (2001)
Stephen Carpenter

Image
The worst movie that I own and watched MULTIPLE times. It's really crappy but strangely addictive.

#1333. Edgar Allan Poe (1909)
D.W. Griffith

Image
The first of many Griffiths to show up. For a legend like Edgar he really could have done better.

#1332. Naked Lunch (1991)
David Cronenberg

Image
I love weird movies and insane directors, but Cronenberg is not my kind of weird. The film looked great but did nothing for me.

#1331. Wait Until Dark (1967)
Terence Young

Image
Just couldn't believe that a meek blind girl could take on a group of non-blind dudes.

#1330. The Full Monty (1997)
Peter Cattaneo

Image
A movie about unattractive strippers is as good as it sounds.

#1329. Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest (2006)
Gore Verbinski

Image
By the second I was already dreading the franchise.

#1328. Anacondas (2004)
Dwight H. Little

Image
I probably liked it more because it was J-Lo free ^_^ still mediocre at best tho.

#1327. Kindergarten Cop (1990)
Ivan Reitman

Image
It's not a tumah! Points for Schwarzenegger

#1326. Jack and the Beanstalk (1902)
George S. Fleming, Edwin S. Porter

Image
Classic fairytales ^_^ it's not too bad despite the film's limitations.

#1325. Pokémon: The Movie 2000 (1999)
Michael Haigney, Kunihiko Yuyama

Image
I've seen the first three Pokemon films and this is the one that barely left an impression.

#1324. The Electric Hotel (1908)
Segundo de Chomón

Image
Another one that played with stop motion. Not much story here.

#1323. Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989)
Dominique Othenin-Girard

Image
I remember really being into the first quarter/half but then losing all interest.

#1322. Child’s Play 2 (1990)
John Lafia

Image
Another horror franchise that I never really got into. Nothing new from the first.

#1321. The Man Who Cheated Life (1926)
Henrik Galeen

Image
I'm a huge Conrad Veidt fan but not even he could save it.

#1320. House of the Dead (2003)
Uwe Boll

Image
lol Uwe Boll. I actually didn't think it was *that* bad, certainly not Alone in the Dark levels of bad.

#1319. Transformers (2007)
Michael Bay

Image
Transforming robots that save earth? Meh i'll pass. Didn't even like the animation as a child.

#1318. Not Another Teen Movie (2001)
Joel Gallen

Image
A Spoof of other teen flicks, ***** you ain't Scream.

#1317. My Fair Lady (1964)
George Cukor

Image

#1316. Around the World in Eighty Days (1956)
Michael Anderson

Image
Even though it wasn't a great year for film but how did THIS win an Oscar?

#1315. Arsenic and Old Lace (1944)
Frank Capra

Image
Embodies what I dislike about the 40s.

#1314. The Hunted (2003)
William Friedkin

Image
Good cast, weak and predictable story.

#1313. Dawn of the Dead (2004)
Zack Snyder

Image
Just not very enjoyable and the ending where (spoiler) everyone dies made the rest of the journey seem pointless.

#1312. Sideways (2004)
Alexander Payne

Image
Another "great" movie where I just couldn't stand any of the characters.

#1311. Legally Blonde (2001)
Robert Luketic

Image
Not as bad as expected but still not my cup of tea.

#1309. 102 Dalmatians (2000)
Kevin Lima

Image
Same story basically, i'll take the animation thnx.

#1308. Dumb & Dumber (1994)
Peter Farrelly, Bobby Farrelly

Image
Dumb comedy for dumb people ^_^

#1307. Free Willy (1993)
Simon Wincer

Image
Too cheesy even for kids.

#1306. Saw II (2005)
Darren Lynn Bousman

Image
Better than the first but not enough to make me watch the sequels. (the razor trap tho <3)

#1305. Road Trip (2000)
Todd Phillips

Image
Tom Green ruined this for me.

#1304. The Good Son (1993)
Joseph Ruben

Image
I remember being deeply disturbed by a murderous Macaulay Culkin.

#1303. Staying Alive (1983)
Sylvester Stallone

Image
A young Travolta in a loin cloth. Could be worse I suppose.

#1302. Scooby-Doo 2 (2004)
Raja Gosnell

Image
I love Scooby but this movie killed the chances of a third film :c

#1301. White Chicks (2004)
Keenen Ivory Wayans

Image
The Wayans brothers look way too good in drag.

Child's Play 3 ahead of 2? wut?

I think the Dawn of the Dead remake is pretty decent. Phantom Menace should obviously be higher than Ep II.

adding some that I forgot ^_^

#1448. Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2 (2000)
Joe Berlinger

Image
This has got to be the most pointless sequel ever right?

#1379. Silent Hill: Revelation (2012)
Michael J. Bassett

Image
Didn't watch the original so I was a bit lost. Nice visuals but that's it?

#1301. House of Wax (2005)
Jaume Collet-Serra

Image
Worth watching if only to see Paris Hilton die.

#1300. The Avengers (2012)
Joss Whedon

Image
I hate seeing this **** take over Hollywood. So disappointed in Whedon.

#1299. Wild Wild West (1999)
Barry Sonnenfeld

Image
Entertaining for all the wrong reasons.

#1298. Thir13en Ghosts (2001)
Steve Beck

Image
I liked the ghost with the boobs.

#1297. Underworld (2003)
Len Wiseman

Image
Technically well done and cool to watch but it's so shallow. Kate Beckinsale has the charisma or a walnut.

#1296. Ask Father (1919)
Hal Roach

Image
As much as I love Safety Last, Harold Lloyd doesn't really *spark* for me.

#1295. Office Space (1999)
Mike Judge

Image
More grating than funny.

#1294. Goodbye Again (1961)
Anatole Litvak

Image
Couldn't possible suck with Anthony Perkins AND Ingrid Bergman as leads amarite? false.

#1293. Pokémon 3 (2000)
Michael Haigney, Kunihiko Yuyama

Image
Watched this when I was already out of the Pokemon hype. Good animation couldn't save the bland story.

#1292. The Howling (1981)
Joe Dante

Image
A classic for werewolf fans but it didn't work for me, the wolves looked like rodents.

#1291. Batman & Robin (1997)
Joel Schumacher

Image
Who doesn't love the nipple costumes? Yes, it's crap but I enjoy all the bad puns.

Office Space is one of my favourite movies, and I think The Avengers was the best blockbuster of the last ten years. Also I've seen White Chicks at least ten times.

We can not be friends.
