Thanks, I am going to keep trying. But actually it might be getting harder and a little easier at the same time.

Today we got offered the chance to do a "summer schedule" at work because of the price of gas. Starting next week though Labor Day (first week of September.) I'm going to be working 9.5 hour days 4 days a week. It will save me gas money, but I won't be getting home till 7, the days I work. The other upside is I will have a day off each week. It's going to be a different day each week. One of us is allowed to take our "Gas Day" per day so the boss made sure to mix it up so one person doesn't always have long weekends and such. But I can't spend all of my days off watching TV, I'll have other stuff to do and I'm sure I'll be extra tired when I get home at night. I work 7.5 hour days now.
Like all of you even care anyway. LOL

I know what you mean it would be boring if we all thought the same thing about all the epis.

Anyway, i'm gonna stop adding those 'Watch the episodes here' because they slow the first page. and for some reason one of the website makes you automatically go to it. it's very annoying.

It started over the weekend, I think, I was like WTF! It made trying to read you comments difficult since you had to hit stop as soon as the page opened so it didn't redirect.

Season 1 wasn't a great season, perhaps 'good' is also overrating it.
I mean, I do like it. But there is little to no real plot and most episodes are just... good. It's all just... good.
Honestly, if this were the first time I watched it, I might stop watching.

Onto Season 2 for me <3

I think season 1 seems better when you don't know how much better it will get in time. The same thing can be said for many shows.

I might agree on that.

there were some episodes I liked better this time (Gender Bender is the biggest example). but some that I liked less (Darkness Falls unfortunately).

But for the most part. it was a decent season.

**.83 stars is probably a 6.5/10. which IS low.

if it wasn't for Space, GITM and Lazarus. it would have been a much more enjoyable season.
a lot of THREE stars were close to FOUR.

too bad the season finale let me down



but I am so excited about season 2

Season one was not nearly as good as I remember it. It had some good episodes, and great episodes, but also had a lot of episodes that aren't that good. The mythology isn't nearly as good as the later seasons, especially once you've seen the series already. It is mainly just vague suggestions of aliens and government conspiracies. While future seasons are still vague most of the time, it's nothing compared to this season.

While it wasn't the best start to a series, it it wasn't the worst either. There were some really good episodes, including one of the best of the series ("Beyond The Sea"), and there are more good episodes than bad ones (although it is close).

Season 1 rating: 3 stars
