A pretty good comic.

My favorite part of all comics was the part with Lorne. But the Connor and Spike parts weren't as outstanding.

Still, probably my third favorite so far.

Good to see some background about how things got from the finale episode to the first comic. I thought it was such a random and funny start with the fish's background. :P

Spike's story was pretty good. And it had some really good moments, like having Spike mention how he survived two huge end of the world fights (something that I had thought about, but it's good to see it mentioned), and seeing him find "Fred" only to be disappointed by Illyria later on. Overall it didn't really do too much so far, but it was an interesting addition anyway.

Connor's story was the same, not doing too much, but being an interesting addition. I liked his thought boxes in it, and thought it was nice seeing him get all his memories back. And it even addressed (in a sense) something that kind of bugged me in season 4: Connor sleeping with Cordelia.

Lorne's story was my favorite out of the three. I loved the style of the art and writing, presenting a very "innocent" kind of story. It had a nice kind of recap of Lorne's (minor) season 5 story, showed how he got from that very dark place in the finale to the more light-hearted place he is in these comics, and it just really suited his character well. I just loved it.

Overall, it was great, but the fact that both the Spike and Connor stories didn't really do much hurt the overall quality of the comic. I give it 4 stars.

Ask yourself that and the question of what to do in this life becomes so simple it's terrifying. Just to do that thing that would charm you, that would make you say, "Yes, this is the real me". Do that, and you're alive.
