I haven't rewatched Season One yet, and can't differentiate between the six first season episodes.
Although I think Season 2 has had a much stronger start.

Escape from the Dragon House vs. Shake And Fingerpop = Season 2 (close, though)
Sparks Fly Out vs. Never Let Me Go = Season 1
Cold Ground vs. Hard Hearted-Hannah = Season 2 (again, close)
Sparks Fly Out is still my favorite episode, though.
