This is going to be different from all my other lists, and probably take a lot more time as well.

List Rules
- Only based on tv series and miniseries, NOt movies.
- Although I am mostly judging their performances, it is still a favorite list, whilst some great (but not exceptional) actors made the list.

Not everything is accurate, there are some better actors lower than weaker ones. But I love each and every one of these
